Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data

As Sivil Yaşam Derneği (SİYAMDER), we attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. In this context, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data shared with our association is processed completely lawfully, in connection with and limited to our activities.

Purpose of Processing Data

Information such as your name, surname, e-mail, phone and contact message that you have conveyed to us are processed for the purposes of evaluating your requests, communicating with you and carrying out the association's activities.

Your Rights

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, and to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
